1. What is a Preorder?
Placing a preorder means you're reserving a product in advance. It's the best way to guarantee you don’t miss out on limited or high-demand drops.
2. Estimated Release Date
Each product page includes an estimated shipping or release date. However, delays of up to 3 weeks may occur due to external factors like manufacturing or customs clearance.
3. Payment and Charges
Full payment is collected at the time of placing a preorder. This secures your item and your place in the queue.
4. Cancellation Policy

Preorders cannot be canceled once placed under normal conditions.

If delivery is delayed by more than 20 days beyond the original estimated date, you may cancel your preorder and receive a 100% refund.
5. Handling Delays

We highly recommend joining our Discord to stay in the loop with restocks, delay notices, and status updates. In case of delays beyond 3 weeks, we will notify you promptly through our communication channels.
