Questions
Are you an authorised retailer?
Yes. We are an authorised retailer for NuPhy, IQUNIX and WLMOUSE, and the exclusive NuPhy retailer in India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Saturday. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days and paid express takes 2 to 4. Free standard shipping applies on orders over ₹5,000. We ship within India only.
How do pre-orders work?
Full payment is taken when you order, and the estimated arrival is on each product page. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. If delivery is more than 20 days past the original estimate, you can cancel for a 100% refund. Updates go out on Discord, email and the Pre-Order Status page.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Enter your company name and GSTIN in the cart before checkout and we will issue a GST invoice. Prices include GST, up to 18% depending on the product, which registered businesses may claim as input tax credit. Eligibility depends on your registration and GST rules. Terms apply.
What if my order arrives damaged or dead?
Report transit damage or missing items within 72 hours of delivery and dead-on-arrival faults within 7 days. Keep an uncut unboxing video, as it is required for these claims.
What warranty do I get?
One year on keyboards, mice and premium peripherals, and six months on cables, batteries and bundled accessories. Safe mods such as lubing, films, foam, keycap swaps and official firmware do not void it.
Linear, tactile or magnetic: which switch should I pick?
Linear switches are smooth from top to bottom. Tactile switches have a small bump you can feel when the key registers. Magnetic switches use magnets instead of metal contacts, so you can set how far a key travels before it registers. Our Find your fit tool asks which you prefer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and PayPal, plus all other major payment methods available at checkout.
